Hopkins Officials and Event Staff Payment

If not MSHSL certified or Hopkins Public Schools employee, please follow below….

The Hopkins School District, in compliance with the IRS, requires all event workers and non MSHSL certified officials to be paid through payroll.  In order to do so, we will need you to fill out the following so we can pay you in a timely fashion. 

1. Click here to apply under Event Support as “Athletics & Activities Events Support” 

2. Fill out the direct deposit, I-9 & W-4 forms and email it back to Sherrie.Reese@Hopkinsschools.org or mail to 2400 Lindbergh Drive Minnetonka, MN 55305 C/O Sherrie Reese, or stop by Activities office (Lindbergh Center) and fill out in person.

3. 2 forms of ID for the I-9 are needed, please stop by in person to scan in the Activities Office located in the Lindbergh Center. (review I-9 for acceptable forms of ID)

4. After completion of steps 1-3, click here to fill out online payment voucher.
