It’s game day, what’s on your playlist to get you pumped up?
A lot of HipHop, sometimes I’ll throw in some ACDC and Aerosmith.
What athlete do you admire the most?
Russell Wilson, I really like the way he plays, and he also plays both the sports I play (football/baseball). He is a really hard worker and plays with a lot of emotion and passion.
What is your greatest sports accomplishment so far?
Beating Edina for homecoming. That was for sure the best recent memory.
Do you have any superstitions?
Yes! I do not throw the ball to the defensive players on my team the two days before game day. I don’t want them to touch the ball.
If you had to get stuck in an elevator with one teammate, who would it be?
Ben Leervig, he’s really quiet and wouldn’t bug me too much.
What do you hope to be doing 7 years from now?
Something baseball related. Playing might be a long shot, but something possibly with sports medicine.
If you could have one super power, what would it be?
Flying. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to fly. It would be fun to see what people are doing from above.
